He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Harris and Pearl Webb Harris; his former wife Peggy Elizabeth Davenport Harris; and his siblings, Gladis Pearl Leonard, Johnny Robert Harris and Murray Eugene Harris.
He is survived by: his daughter Resa; his wife Hazel L. Harris; his children, Teresa Renee Harris Barnette (Resa) and Timmy Harris (Melissa Harris); his stepdaughters, Kimberly Gardner and Keisha Long; his grandchildren, Chris Perdue, Kayla Perdue, Torrie Edmondson and Crystal Edmondson; his great grandchildren, Shane, Lea Perdue, Hayden, Raylynn Perdue, Landen, Bently, Paisley, Tranner and Isaih Gaskins; and his siblings, Edward Harris (Jean Harris), Bobby Lee Harris, Ruby Respass (Ellis), Vance Parker and Randy Hollis.
