He was predeceased by: his parents, Omero Silveri and Mary Contoni Silveri; and his brothers, Richard and Frank Silveri. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis Silveri of Tarboro; his children, Anthony Silveri II (Karen) of Spring Hope, Mark Silveri (Michelle) of Rocky Mount, John Silveri of Raleigh and Gina Silveri of Steamboat Springs, Colorado; his stepchildren, Lyn Lewis, Jr. (Sherri) and Rose Lewis Taylor (Eugene); his grandchildren, Kimberli (Julie) of Anthony, III, Landon Silveri, Joseph, Omero, Zoey Graff, Lyn Lewis III (Ashley), Matthew Lewis (Allison), Sarah Denton (Matt) and Samuel Edmonds; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Lewis, Adalyne Silveri and Lyn Lewis IV.
