She was predeceased by: her father Noyel John Medford; her aunts, Betty Braswell and Deborah Ford; and her father-in-law Bill Skipper. She is survived by: her daughters, Noyel John and Delores Owens Medford; her husband Brian Skipper; her son Dillon Ryan Skipper of Tarboro; her mother Delores "Lois Ann" Medford of Tarboro; her sisters, Connie Watkins (Lee) of Rocky Mount and Sherry Webb (Daniel) of Tarboro; her mother-in-law Beverly Ann Briggs (Corey) of Tarboro; her sister-in-law Beth Ann Skipper of Rocky Mount; her nieces and nephews, John, Brandon Watkins (Maggie), Zach Webb (Kayla), Seth Webb, Lauren and Aaron Smith; and her great-nephews, Judah, Julien, John Wesley and Tucker Lee.
