She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Jackson Taylor and Dora Cooley Taylor; and her husband Harold Blanton Strickland. She is survived by: her children, Robert Strickland (Wendy) of Pinetops, NC, Stuart Strickland (Alice) of Hallandale, FL, Maria Smith (Lewis) of Pinetops, NC and Patsy Johnson Dunn (Frank) of Ayden, NC. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
