She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Henry Myers and Mary Eliza Robeson Myers; her husband Eugene Franklin Averitte; her siblings, Minnie Elizabeth Myers Canady, Patrick Henry Myers Jr. and James Robeson Myers; her daughter Sarah Cain; her grandchild Gerald Cain Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Alexander and Cameron Privett.
