He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Dew and Mary Dew. He is survived by: his wife Barbara B. Dew; his children, Steven Dew (Tabitha) of Tar Heel and Juanita Edelman (Mark) of Fayetteville; his siblings, Eddie Dew (Brenda) and Rachel Freeman (Sammy) of Live Oak; his grandchildren, Jayden Dew and Abigail Dew; and his stepgrandchildren, David Edelman, Jena Taft and Justin Edelman. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.
