He is survived by: his wife Doris; his siblings, Clifford, Jim and Berline; his children, Jeff (Teresa) of Tar Heel, Fletcher (Peggy) of Tar Heel, Mark (Teal) of Tar Heel and Jill of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Renee, Lindsey, Nicki, Gunner, Leigh, Tony and Carmen; and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Chloe, Colton, Charlotte, Jase, Tyler, Luke, Carver, Sadie and Finley.
