She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Bonham and Shirley Bass Bonham; and her sister Belinda Leyen. She is survived by: her husband Edward Lewis Barnes of Tar Heel; her daughters, Ashely Dean (Nick) of Oklahoma and Amanda Jones (Scott) of Oklahoma; her siblings, Freddie Bonham of Four Oaks, NC and Sherry Wright of Dunn; and her grandchildren, J. J. Ellis, Shaidyn Dean, Trinity Dean, Tinley Dean and Tigg Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
