We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024, at the age of 83, Ann Pharr Elks of Tar Heel, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Pharr and Scott Pharr. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Elks; her daughter MariAnne Elks Stoudt; her nephew Pryor Gibson; her grandchildren, William Stoudt (Rachel) and Anna Beasley (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Riley Stoudt, Wyatt Beasley and Hallie AnnMarie Beasley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Beth Car Church PO Box 6 Tar Heel, NC 28392.
