She was predeceased by: her parents, Jettie Roscoe Fowler and Essie Mae Fowler (Lewis); her spouse LeGrant Elwood Norris; and her siblings, William Roscoe "Bud" Fowler, Charles Wayne Fowler and Juanita Porter.
She is survived by: her children, Terry LeGrant Norris (Shyrl) of Tabor City and Dinah Thompkins (Donnie) of Tabor City; her siblings, Jerry Lynn Fowler of Loris, Kathleen Fipps of Loris and Irene Phipps of Tabor City; and her grandchildren, Grant Norris (Nicole), Bradley Thompkins (Candace), Holley Norris (Kramer), Jeana Jernigan (Austin), Danny Vogel (Rebecca), Melissa Branagan and Kyle Everett. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
