She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Ward and Joyce Milligan Ray; her brother Roy Ward; and her husband Jackie Phillip Britt. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Spivey of Clarendon, NC and Toni Stocks (Ward) of Tabor City, NC; her siblings, Linda Kay Jordan (Charles) of Tabor City, NC and Mitchell Ward (Margaret) of Tabor City, NC; her grandchildren, Landon Stocks (Olivia) of Tabor City, NC., Alexis Godwin (Tripp) of Tabor City, NC., Victoria Godwin (Codey) of Tabor City, NC., Luke Stocks (Sara) of Tabor City, NC. and Levi Stocks of Tabor City, NC.; and her nieces and nephews, Leigh (Chris), Brandy, Jessica and Chris (Tim).
