She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rockwell and Beulah Radford Rockwell; her husband Douglas Gaskin, Sr.; and her siblings, Franklin Rockwell and Magalene Dalton.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Gaskin Inman (Tim) of Leesville, SC and Douglas Gaskin, Jr. of Clarendon, NC; her grandson Stephen Inman (Caroline) of Easley, SC; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Benjamin; her grandson Jeremy Inman (Lauren) of Lexington, SC; her great grandchildren, Charleston and Ford; her grandsons, Zachary Gaskin of Clarendon, NC and Kristopher Gaskin of Burlington, NC; and her siblings, Margie Wallace, Martha Spivey, Lois Mincey, Bonita Dalton (Ernest), Thelton Rockwell (Bonnie) and Thomas Rockwell (Sandra). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be given in her name to the Williams Township Volunteer Fire Department, 1655 F. M. Cartret Road, Whiteville, NC 28472.
