He is survived by: his mother Bufa Mae Ikner Milligan of Tabor City; his wife Rena Ann Smith Milligan; his children, Tiffany Fowler (Ashley) of Tabor City, Heather Watts (Roger) of Clarendon, Lloyd Brandon Smith of Tabor City and Michelle Singletary (Jeffery) of Tabor City; his grandchildren, Landon Milligan, Mattison Hayes, Ryleigh Hayes, Lexi Cartrette, Peyton Cartrette, Collin Milligan, Kambri Fowler, Jaxon Singletary and Case Fowler; his great grandchild Everett Nobles; his siblings, Janice M. Bullard (Jeffery) of Whiteville, Darrell Milligan (Jackie) of Cerro Gordo, Donna Milligan of Tabor City and Stevie Milligan (Mary) of Tabor City; and also Starr.
