She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Edwards and Lou Edwards (Williams); and her siblings, J. D. Edwards, Sallie Mae Floyd Tyler, Elnita Shelley, Coleen Ford, Elease Mungo, Mary Alice Davis and Pauline Galloway.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Dale Bruton of Green Sea and Donald Kim Bruton (Sharra) of Loris. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
