It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kitty Jo Norris of Tabor City, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Manning and Mae Anderson Manning Grainger; her husband Harvey Mitchell "Joe" Norris; and her siblings, Leon Manning, JC Manning, Waylon Manning and Hazel Manning Jacobs.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Michelle Norris.
