The memory of Judy Ann Simmons (Tabor City, North Carolina), who passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Judy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Simmons and Mabel Sellers Simmons; and her brothers, Billy Sellers, Marvin Sellers and Vernon Sellers.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Simmons; her son Chris Soles (Nicole); her grandson Blake Soles (Caitlin); and her siblings, Alice Best (Guy), Donnie Simmons (Angie), Sammy Simmons and Bobby Sellers. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Believers Home Fellowship Church (13590 James B White Hwy S, Tabor City, NC 28463).
