She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gurtha Ward and Lettie Johnson Ward; her husbands, J. W. Nobles and Major Fowler; her daughter Pamela Kay Nobles; her siblings, Carl Ward, James Ward, Ralph Ward, Ernest Ward, Billy Ward, Ruby Fowler, Mary Edwards, Ezeary Ward and Louise Bozeman; and her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Gore.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Gore (Steve Hickman) of Whiteville, NC; her brothers, Elroy Ward (Sara) of Green Sea, SC and Lonnie Ward (Hilda) of Tabor City, NC; her grandchildren, Major Nobles of Tabor City, Abigail Roberson Andres of Leland, NC, Chase Gore of Whiteville, NC, Alice Roberson of Tabor City, NC, Mary Roberson of Tabor City, NC and Emma Moore of Tabor City, NC; and her great grandchildren, Alan McPherson, Chris McPherson, Colt McPherson, Eli Porter, Landon Andres, Andrea Andres, Xavier Roberson and Bentley Nobles.
