She was predeceased by: her parents, Jettie Roscoe Fowler and Essie Lewis Fowler; her husband Robert Glenn Phipps; and her siblings, William "Bud" Roscoe Fowler, Charles Wayne Fowler, Jerry Lynn Fowler, Juanita Porter and Willa Mae Norris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Phipps Fipps (David) of Ash, NC and Glenda Gerrald (Scotty) of Loris, SC; her sister Kathleen Fipps of Loris, SC; her grandchildren, Ashlee Clemons (Brett) of Tabor City, NC, Kasey Gerrald of Loris, SC and Landon Gerrald of Loris, SC; and her great grandchild River Mizzell.
