She is survived by: her mother Genevieve Lee Cox; her daughters, Crystal Singletary (Mark) of Tabor City, NC, Karen Strickland of Tabor City, NC and Jennifer Ward (Travis) of Tabor City, NC; her siblings, Ronnie Vereen of Thomasville, NC, Brenda Houselog (Brian) of St. Cloud, MN and Tina Vereen of Thomasville, NC; and her grandchildren, Drake, Kaylei, Corey, Tristan, Rylan, Addy, Laney, Nolen, Tripp and Ellorie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Myrtle Green Cemetery (11319 Old Stake Rd, Tabor City, NC 28463).
