She is survived by: her husband David Lee Faulk; and her children, Timothy Wayne Floyd (Angela) of Wilmington, NC, Thomas "Lake" Floyd (Kelly) of Cerro Gordo, NC., Joshua David Faulk of Cameron, NC., Sheri Floyd Wester (Mark) of Lorena, TX and Tonya Faulk Averette (Donnie) of Mebane, NC.
