He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Lee and Glenna Lenora Buckland Meadows; and his siblings, Donald Lee Meadows, Werner Ray "Buddy" Meadows and Jane Carol Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Ward Meadows; his children, Ernest Harold Meadows Jr., Pamela Kay Meadows, Rebecca Lynne Meadows, Sandra Dee Tyler and Donald Wayne Meadows (Pamela); his grandchildren, Alan, Casey, Derek, Belinda, Melissa, Amanda, Nolan, Timmy, Eli, Avah and Kolby; his sister Edith Fowler; and his caregiver Margie Tyler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
