She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Lewis and Helen Irene Rigdon Soles; and her brother Mitchell Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Alan Spivey of Tabor City, NC; her stepson David Spivey (Sharon) of Chadbourn, NC; her stepgrandchildren, Skyla Mayo (Chris) of Whiteville, NC and Gracie Miller (Ashton) of Clarendon, NC; her great grandchildren, Elliana Mayo and Rhett Miller; and her brothers, Steve Lewis (Abby) of Asheboro, NC and Gregory Lewis of Kissimmee, FL..
