He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Leigh Griffin Hamilton (Avant) of Tabor City; his wife Lynn Griffin of Tabor City; his children, Tyler Gage Griffin of Tabor City, Charles Dalton Buffkin of Tabor City, Brandon Scott Griffin of Wilmington, Christopher Anthony Griffin of Wilmington and Brittany Jean Griffin; and his sister Angie Griffin of Tabor City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
