He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lynn Faulk of Farwell, MI, Charlie Steven Faulk of Whiteville, NC and Sasha Lee Faulk Locklear (Eric) of St. Paul, NC; and his brother Michael Faulk of Whiteville, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
