He is survived by: his wife Betty Williamson Nealey; his children, Dwayne Nealey (Jamie) of Tabor City and Donna Nealey Breedlove (Shawn); his sisters, Frances Moore and Rachel Thomas of Green Sea, SC; his grandchildren, Ryan Nealey (Taylor), Loren Breedlove Cervantes (Chris), Mason Nealey and Mackenzie Breedlove; and his great grandchild Delaney Nealey.
