We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 90, Betty June Ward of Tabor City, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dow Watts and Edith Docia Soles Watts; her husband Wayne Blease Ward; and her brothers, Bill Watts, Ted Watts, Ned Watts, Don Watts and Dale Watts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Ward Shelley (Thelton) of Nichols, SC and Donna Lynn Ward (Reuben) of Green Sea, SC; and her siblings, Ronald Watts of Tabor City, NC, Doris Grainger of Green Sea, SC, Phyllis Althen of Mt. Pleasant, SC., Virginia Long and Peggy Currie.
