She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Lynn Simmons (Cassey) of Chadbourn; her siblings, Robert Stewart of Hallsboro, NC, James Phelps of Whiteville, NC and Faye Costello of Hallsboro, NC; and her grandchildren, Alex Fowler and Morgan Nealey.
