She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bertie "W. B." Stroud and Rosanna Strickland Stroud; and her spouse Royce Hartful Norris. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hartford Norris (Lana) of Powder Springs, GA and Phillip Victor Norris (Leslie) of Chadbourn, NC; her siblings, Clayton Stroud (Carol) of Rock Hill, SC and Louise Stroud (Bill) of Galivants Ferry, SC; her grandchildren, Ginger Thompson, Tiffany Norris, Josiah Norris and Olivia Norris; and her great grandchildren, Gentry Thompson, Maggie Grace Thompson and Axon Norris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center, 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.
