Shelia Cagle Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelia Cagle of Sylva, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hetherington and Ethylene Ledford Hatfield; her fiancé Scott Simmons; and her brother Lynn Hetherington. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Cagle, Tonya Cagle and Michael Washburn of Waynesville; her grandchildren, Savannah Robinson, Maddalyn Greenarch, Jasper Evans and Bentley Oliver; and her siblings, Tonya Leigh of Kings Mountain, David Hetherington of Canton and Kevin Hatfield of Kings Mountain.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at 993 Mary's Grove Church Road, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
