We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2024, at the age of 89, Rogers Dale Coward (Sylva, North Carolina), born in Webster, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Coward and Gladys Dowdle Coward; and his siblings, Julius Coward, June Coward, Linda Coward and Gloria Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Potts Coward; his daughters, Tammy Harrold (Joe) and Holly McJunkin of Mills River; his grandchildren, Amanda Harrold, Julie Sorgen, Chloe and Connor Dale McJunkin; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Hollingsworth, Blakely Hyer and Mason Sorgen.
