He is survived by: his sister Janice Rysinski; his brother-in-law Robert Rysinski of Chesterfield, VA; and his brother James Barnable of Oceanside, CA.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bryant-Grant Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Franklin, NC 28734). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1202 Old Murphy Rd, Franklin, NC 28734).

“Robert You were a quiet but active presence here at St.Francis. You were our Eucharist Minister at daily Mass. You continued to organize the food bank long after your mother’s death. And in the main church your seat was always on the aisle in the back row from which you greeted us and issued your sign of peace. We have been praying for you as you fought your long battle. And now we pray that you may rest in peace You are missed, but you will be remembered. Charlene and Gary”
