It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Mills Bradley of Sylva, North Carolina, born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mills and Mollie Davis Mills; and her siblings, Sue Noone, Leroy Mills and John Mills.
She is survived by: her husband Lyman Dowdy Bradley; her daughters, Stacey Rhodes (Robert) of Spartanburg, SC and Maria Wingard (Jason) of Columbia, SC; her grandsons, Bradley and Bryan Rhodes of Spartanburg, SC.; her siblings, Mary Dalton (Hunter) of High Point and Bryant Mills (Celia) of Fayetteville, GA.; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Bradley (Joanne) of Sylva and Joyce Stewart of Franklin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
