He is survived by: his wife Mary Franklin; his children, Dale Franklin (Tinker) and Angie Jarrar; and his siblings, Martha Jones, Wanda Griffin, Alice Phillips and Dewey Franklin. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
