He is survived by: his father Scott Cooper; his sons, Jerry Anthony Cooper (Jerp) and Michael Lee Cooper (Mickey); and his grandchildren, Justin Cooper Davis (Matt), Melisa Cooper Hawk (Derrick), Jordan Cooper (Amber), Jeanna Cooper and Myka Cooper Reppert (Jacob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
