She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moses and Bessie Crawford Moses; her husband Milton Eugene Hornaday; her son-in-law James Edward Lewis; and her brothers, Tommy Moses and Clifford Moses.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Lewis and Lori Mayfield (Earl); her grandchildren, Jamie Lewis, John Lewis, Jeff Lewis and Erica Hornaday; her great grandchildren, Amanda Cook (Tyler), Joshua Lewis (Wendy) and Bella Hornaday; and her brothers, William Bruce Moses, Glen Ray Moses and Terry Moses.
