She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Joe and Mary Parris Mathis. She is survived by: her daughters, Brittany Bennett Fleming (Michael) and Brianna Bennett (Ty); her siblings, Peggy Mathis Luker, Betty Mathis Farmer (Alvin), Rose Mathis Chastain (Doug), Wayne Mathis (Tracy) and James Mathis; her sister-in-law Brenda; and her granddaughter Layla. She is also survived by nieces & nephews, and many wonderful friends.
