She is survived by: her sister Mildred; her brothers-in-law, Keith Cabe and Bruce Brooks; her nieces and nephews, Amber Fox (Travis), Donna Stephens, Kathy Buchanan, Doug Fox (Darlene), Mike Fox (Rita) and Darrell Fox; and her close friends, Virginia Pangle, Mary Dorcas Barnes and Jessie Shields. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews as well as several great great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Locust Field Baptist Church (326 Macktown Gap Rd, Sylva, NC 28779).
