He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Powell and Anna Powell Pressley. He is survived by: his wife Faye Carpenter Powell; his son David (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Laylin Joy, Noah Harrison and Ally Faye; his niece Janet Brown; and his nephew Bruce Carpenter. He is also survived by brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks you to work together with them to multiply the positive difference that can be made in the lives of boys and girls.
