She was predeceased by: her siblings, Birdie Ann Ammons, Betty Jean Ammons, William "Bill" Carter, Robert Carter and Frank Carter; and her parents, James Robert Carter and Annie Bennett Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Dewayne Stacy; her daughter Jessica Betty; her grandchildren, Elijah Smoker, Carolyn Betty (Nick) and Josie Smoker (Blake); and her sisters, Sarah Carter Coggins, Janie Ruth Pastorius and Linda Sue Lovedahl.
