It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ed Hamlet of Sylva, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 81, on February 24, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Ed may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ed touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Hamlet and Virginia Hamlet. He is survived by: his wife Betsey; his son Chris; his siblings, Jayne Hays of Asheville and Bill Hamlet of Wilmington; and also Peter (Marge) of Saco. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
