He is survived by: his parents, Eli Kershaw and Pam Kershaw; his daughter Danielle Kershaw; his girlfriend Sally Roach; his girlfriend's daughter Michelle; his siblings, Eli Kershaw III, David Kershaw (Sheila), Jeffery Kershaw (Erin) and Karen Ernst (David); and also Carol B. Hudson.
