She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Shook and Dora Denton Shook; and her husband Gene Turpin. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Turpin, Wanda Anders (Michael), John Turpin (Kay), Rachel Frizzell (Pete), Walter Turpin and Gene Hill; and her grandchildren, Kim Watson, Chris Turpin, Tiffany Eagleman (Jay), Stacy Hyatt (Heath), Brody Frizzell (Maegen) and Trenton Turpin (Suzanne). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
