He was predeceased by: his nephew Michael Mitchell; and also, Charles William Graham, Sr. and Rebecca Hartman Graham. He is survived by: his son Charles William Graham III (Bill); his granddaughters, Ada, Iris, Olive Graham and Zoe Weisenauer; his wife Penelope Stephens Graham; his stepchildren, Eliza Stephens Stroh and Spaine Stephens; his sister Susan Graham Mitchell (Ted); his nieces, Teri Lutz (Brady) and Kelly Geissler; and his nephew Ted Mitchell (Tamara).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Appalachian Funeral Services (165 Skyland Dr, Sylva, NC 28779).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of one's choice are welcome.
