He is survived by: his mother Katie Pannell Deitz; his wife Sandra Deitz; his daughter Valerie Tissue; his siblings, Randy (Pat), Tim Deitz (Susan), Sheri Deitz and Donna Watson (Frank); his grandchildren, Jack (Riley), Natalie, Josh Stuckey, Polly, Jasper and Penny Tissue; and his great grandchild Judah Stuckey.
