She was predeceased by: her spouse Theo M. "Tim" Clarkson; and her parents, Sam Truesdale and Eva Horton Truesdale. She is survived by: her sons, David Theodore Clarkson (Jenny) of Durham and Donald S. Clarkson of Swepsonville; her nephews, Donald Dempster (Gerri) of New Hampshire and Jerry Reger, Jr. of Kershaw, SC.; and her sister Susie Reger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Humane Society of Alamance County, 2444 Tribek Ct, Burlington, NC 27215.
