He is survived by: his wife Evangeline "Vann" Banks Owens; his children, Katrina Leigh Owens Lueck (Jim) of Garner, Angela Michelle Owens Feingold of Henderson and Robert Christopher Owens (Millie) of Gilbert, AZ; and his grandchildren, Amanda Lueck, Heather Holman Womack, Ian Feingold, Braxton Owens, Banner Owens, Miaya Owens Hixon, Delanie Owens and Emerson Owens. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
