It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Caroline Russell Reavis of Swansboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walker Russell Jr. and Nellie Louise Russell (Montfort). She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Lesley), Carol Shepard (Steve), Roger (Ellen) and Russell.
