With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Michael Sawyer of Swansboro, North Carolina, born in Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on April 12, 2025 at the age of 39. He is survived by: his children, Peyton and Luka Sawyer of Charlotte; his stepfather Jack Harper of Swansboro; his siblings, Brittany Williams of Swansboro and Timothy "TJ" Sawyer of Maysville; and his stepsister Dusty Sawyer of Manteo.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home of Swansboro Monday (407 Old Hammock Rd, Swansboro, NC 28584). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Seaside Memorial Park (1161 State Rd 1511, Swansboro, NC 28584).
