She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Giarth and Roberta Shoemaker Giarth; and her brother Daniel "Butch" Giarth. She is survived by: her husband Keith Lehman; her children, Jamie Murphy (Christopher), Stacie Springstroh (Dean), Matthew Lehman and Gregg Lehman (Tina); her grandchildren, Austin Murphy (Christine), CJ Murphy and Lacey Springstroh; her siblings, Nancy Weichel, Susan Henry, Jodi Giarth, Richard and Michael Giarth; and her friend Missy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
