Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Major Randy Lee Hebert of Swansboro, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 62, on February 1, 2025. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Major Randy Lee may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle Hebert Houle. He is survived by: his wife Kim M. Hebert; his children, Nicole E. Hebert and Kyle E. Hebert; and his siblings, Melinda Guy (Steve), Melanie Snyder (Frank), Kevin Hebert (Melissa) and David Hebert (Nicola). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 6712 Emerald Dr, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
